If you are breastfeeding then this is by far the only product you should use to prevent sore or cracked nipples! I was sent home with Lanolin and had bought a bunch myself too... The first two weeks of breastfeeding, as always, were painful!!! The Lanolin did nothing to prevent or heal my cracked nipples.

My neighbor suggested I use Natural Nipple Butter. Its great because it is hypoallergenic for those people that can't use Lanolin. Even better is the fact that it healed my nipples very quickly.
