This lotion/cream is fantastic. Be sure to do a skin patch test (put a small amount on your wrist or the back of your hand, then wait a few hours to make sure you don't have a reaction to any of the ingredients) before you use it, but then have at it. The scent is very light, dissipates quickly, and reminds me faintly of the smell of fresh, unflavored yogurt- it's rather unique, but certainly not unpleasant. As noted in the follow-up email from the company, the cream has a somewhat grainy texture in the jar, but it smooths onto the skin without a problem.



Originally ordered it for my father-in-law, but couldn't resist trying it out on myself first. My husband also tried it, and it's now become his go-to lotion. This is noteworthy because he's tried every cream/lotion he could get his hands on over the last 15+ years, and none of them have been entirely satisfactory. Era Organic's unscented cream absorbs fast and leaves his skin feeling super soft- definitely a new household favorite. I use it on my face, around the eyes, and on my neck. It's also doing wonders to clear up a few patches of eczema that wouldn't go away for months, and I've applied it to my dog's skinned nose with no complaint from the pooch and great results on the skinned nose (skin stayed soft, reduced irritation, faster healing).



I think that's about it... oh yes, also worked a bit of it into/onto my husbands hair/scalp and it reduced the flakiness of his scalp by 85 - 90% on the first day, definitely gonna repeat that treatment on him. So another order for the in-laws is on the way and this is a new staple. Probably too pricey to use as an all-body lotion on a regular basis, but a little goes a long way if you stick to using it on your hands and/or face, and I'm definitely gonna send a tub to my grandmother as soon as I can afford it.
